Come be a part of this journey!BAT KL IS LOOKING FOR A CREDIT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD - ORDER TO CASHSENIORITY LEVEL: Non- managementFUNCTION: GBS Finance - Order to CashSALARY RANGE: Market salary + Excellent benefits + Market leading bonusSHIFT: Sunday to Thursday (12PM to 9PM)LOCATION: Sunway Geo, Kuala LumpurROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThe Team Lead for Credit Management (CM) will be involved in overseeing and performing of information within CM processes to ensure quality and accurate completion of services and key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).Reports to: Credit Management Assistant ManagerReporting Level: N/AWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Must communicate effectively with customers, Trade Marketing, third party distributors / customers, Commercial / Corporate Finance team.
• Ensure that all customer accounts are reconciled and that trading limits are reviewed in line with sustained trading activity together with maintenance of effective credit controls in the granting of credit extensions.
• Provide support for implementation of project migration and global initiative.
• Monitor, manage and improve performance measures/key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with accounting principles/ standard SLAs.
• Assists continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and addresses customer needs and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with overall process services.
• Establish and maintain working relationship with customers and across functions.
• Escalate transactions, issues and requests from assigned accounts to relevant functional team if necessary.
• Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
• Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform his/her job effectively.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in Accounting related field or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in a multinational corporation.
• Industry or shared services experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Collection and Credit Management.
• Good knowledge of Customers business.
• Advanced knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office, Outlook, etc).
• Ability to use SAP FSCM module is an added advantage.
• Ability to motivate and cultivate strong teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (e.g. presentation, listening, report writing).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. tact/diplomacy, persuasion, cooperation, ability to motivate others).
• Quantitative and analytical skills.
