Team Lead, Accounts Receivable | Mandarin Speaker | RM6.5K

Job Scope:
Daily update bank balances
Download bank statements
Handle fund transfer between inter companies 2 times a week
Fund allocation for payment and Repo placement
Issue customers / interco billings
Handle AR related matters ie. Sending statement of accounts, collection etc
Periodic reporting on Sales, Aging, Collection, Inventory etc
Collection related reconciliation (cash, credit card, ipay 88, kiple and all types of e-payment)
SST/GST submission
Liaise with bankers and assist in banking facilities ( Loan, BA, BG, IF & FC)
Co-ordinate outlets cash collection bank in
Monthly cash flow forecast and analysis on Actual vs Forecast
Assist in marketing promotion
Assist outlets in checking online payment
Verify suppliers' payments from AP Team
Update Monthly Sales reports
Update sales report for HR for incentive computation
Monthly closing of accounts for AR
Check inter company balances for monthly closing of accounts
Enforce internal controls related to AR
Any other tasks assigned by management or superior

Requirements:
Having Minimum of 4 years working experience in Accounts Receivable/Full sets of Accounts
Able to converse in Mandarin as need to deal with mandarin speaker clients.
Willing to work in Sri Hartamas.
