RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Manage a team of 8-10 in-house writers / editors / interns and freelancers

\xc2\xb7 Manage content on iPrice\'s websites for new pages and existing pages - by planning and assigning tasks to writers/editors

\xc2\xb7 Manage knowledge required for content writing creation: create and keep/maintain guidelines and SOPs

\xc2\xb7 Manage content quality:

• QC and Review sample texts created by team
• Discuss with editors/writers about potential quality problems.
• Provide and get feedback from editors/writers and other stakeholders
• Understand reasons of quality gap (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc).
• Take systematic measures to improve the quality, including:

a. Hold group and individual training for writers/editors

b. Help copywriters establish work practices leading to high-quality texts (e.g., communication with the tech team, research, self-editing, addressing editors\' remarks).

c. Help with improving particular items of content.

\xc2\xb7 Design, describe and improve processes and guidelines regarding content together with Line Manager and Value Stream Owner

\xc2\xb7 Organize/Manage collaboration with other departments

\xc2\xb7 Provide weekly/monthly updates about Team\'s KPI/OKR to stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Assess copywriting candidates and onboard new joiners

\xc2\xb7 Coach and organize training for team and help them succeed

\xef\xbb\xbfREQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 5-7 years of experience, of which at least 3 years managing a team

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s in Business/ Mass Comm or similar

\xc2\xb7 Qualified writer from e-commerce online publications, if possible, who can bring in writing expertise to the team

\xc2\xb7 Additional, experience in SEO and/or Tech publication is a definite plus
