This role is an opening under our client, an MNC status company specializing in industrial manufacturing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a team and managing the KPI to meet the deadline
- Task including daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of the staff's performance on processing and creating order in SAP system
- Handle approval on customer's credit and payment terms
- Deliver operation efficiency to provide value and satisfaction to customer
- Strong experience in people management
- Minimum 7 years on people management with sizeable team
- Must have SAP order processing experience
- Fluent level in Japanese and English
- Open to Malaysian only
- Office location: Shah Alam
