• Hands on approach as work will be warehouse based
• Required skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel and above

• Accountable to ensure all Recovery\'s issues gone through a thorough investigation
• To work closely with Security and Warehouse team to reduce the losses
• To co-lead a group of at least 20 people
• Accountable to maintain the team and operation stability
• Accountable to ensure all claims submissions are verified thoroughly
• To ensure all issues are solve or redirect to higher supervision within a timely manner
• Continuously find ways to streamline the operations
• Accountable to regularly review Recovery\'s operational policies and procedures
• Provide daily direction and communication to employees in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
• Identify and implement new initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and boost team productivity
• To prepare weekly reports on Recovery\'s performanceHandle on ad-hoc assignments/projects
• Organize and coordinate projects with our stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
