Manage the collections process to ensure that outstanding balances are collected promptly and efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to identify and manage credit risks by monitoring customer accounts and assessing their financial health. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiating settlement arrangement with customers and execute appropriate actions for recovery of outstanding debts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide reports to manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve collections and reduce past-due balances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to present finding and escalation by providing solutions and develop strategies for improving the accounts receivable process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate with internal & external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct periodic collections review meeting with Sales Team.
