Provide support and guidance to team members on day-to-day operations
Provide guidance and coaching to execute TB solutions and complex structure deals.
Responsible to drive and grow new GTB revenues, product (cash & trade) penetration and market share with assigned customers (existing and new).
Develop strategies to optimize cross selling opportunities to enhance returns of low RAROC customers.
Provide advisory sales services, preparation of proposal paper, sales pitch presentation, etc to large and high value customers.
Collaborate with SME and Commercial Banking to grow trade and payments business.
To assist Circle Lead to execute specific assignments, campaigns, plans and strategies Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
Build deep understanding of regions business needs, portfolio behavior, competitor threats and market opportunities.
Plan and execute the relevant strategy on target business and customers for the region/team
Lead the team to drive and originate Banks key focus business i.e Exports, FSC and Merchant Acceptance
Sales & Marketing
Review and execute client value propositions, proposals, solutions & product bundling for target customers
Work closely with GBB, Business Circles, Product Squads and Service Partner / Operations to ensure customized solutions are delivered
Manage and maintain close relationship and rapport with key contacts/decision makers of target customers.
Review and maintain up-to-date pipeline report to track sales activities and close deal opportunities
People & Stakeholder Management
Provide coaching and guidance to team members with regards to NTB customers, solution structuring and product upselling to optimize account profitability and to deliver KPIs.
Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders especially GBB RMs, GTB Product Squads, Service Partner/Operations and Branches to drive origination and sales agenda.
Provide feedback regarding market development, competitor capabilities & gaps to internal stakeholders i.e Product Squads and Service Partner/Operations for improvement
Organize and chair regular account planning sessions and reviews with GBB RMs and CBBCs
Governance
Guided by and comply strictly with the relevant Banks product guidelines, policies, procedures and processes as issued/reviewed/documented by the respective Product and Policy owners.
Understand and comply strictly with BNM guidelines and Banks guidelines and policies in all mandatory e-Learning including but limited to Management of Customer Information & Permitted Disclosure, Personal Data Protection, Responsible Financing, Fair Treatment of Financial Customers, Imposition of Fees and Charges on Financial Products and Services

More than 12 years of relevant experience in cash and trade sales
At least 5 years in supervisory and or managerial role in sales
Deep knowledge of TB products
Proven ability to manage a sales team independently.
Proven track record to scope opportunities and deliver sales targets.
Strong business acumen
Resourceful with strong sales and self discipline.
Good communication skill - able to articulate and present ideas and pitches effectively
