Excellent customer service skills & good in communication
Excellent spoken Bahasa & English essential
Ability to build, lead & manage a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales
Retail and/or hospitality experience with management of teams (or relevant field)
Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store
Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation
Preferably Supervisors / Managers specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities include:Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the financial performance of the store.
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures
Stock handling and ordering, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods
Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales
Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs
Reporting to Store Manager, Area Manager & Operations Manager
Responsible for sales pattern
Communicating effectively with team members
Work professionally - with a personal touch Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
