We are looking for an experienced Team Leader, Customer Service to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia. Lead with approachability. Inspire and build relationships.

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Consistently meets customer service standards.
  • Ensure the team is compliant with the Operational Process Standards and works within the SOP requirements of the client(s).
  • Assist management with team Workboard and productivity. Also, join conference calls and/or pilot programs as designated by management.
  • Prepare daily KPI report and monitor backlog of team members.
  • Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.
  • To manage and schedule workforce during peak period.
Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of CS Operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Prior Leadership experience Preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
