POSITION: TEAM LEADER

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers & testers.
• Previous people management experience, including recruitment, and performance management.
• and L&D support
• Outstanding communication skills
• High proficiency in C# and web technologies
• High proficiency in SQL
• Experience with network protocols, messaging services

• Knowledge of DevOps, Azure
• Commercial experience with C++
• Knowledge of Boost, Qt, QML

• Led an Agile team to design and deliver software changes to our current range of
• products
• Maintaining and extending the feature set of our core products
• Being hands-on and getting involved in all aspects of SDLC.
• Helping to modernize our software architecture.
• Identifying areas of opportunity to improve and contributing new ideas.
• Creating, collaborating, learning, teaching, and growing with us
• The position may involve occasional overseas travel to Australia for project discussion
