Boost Team Leader Responsibilities:1. Overseeing the daily operations of the rstore to ensure smooth running and efficiency.2. Ensuring customers are satisfied and happy with the service.3. Ensuring that staff within the store adhere to the restaurants safety/service standards at all times.4. Making sure that adequate staff is scheduled to attend to customers during extremely busy periods/shifts.5. Following opening and closing procedures, which may include making bank deposits/preparing cash changes for daily sales within the restaurant and storing food properly after close of work every day\xc2\xb9.6. Ordering supplies (food and beverages) for the store so as to avoid shortage or running out of items.7. Monitoring inventory reports and placing orders as at when due.8. Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.9. Managing store staff's work schedules.10. Conducting regular inspections of the store storage/stations to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.11. Overseeing food preparation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.12. Monitoring the stores cash flow.Boost Team Leader Requirements:1. SPM and above.2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.3. Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.5. The ability to stand for extended periods.6. Strong management skills.7. Excellent organizational skills.8. Effective communication skills.9.
