Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to travel as needed

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
