LOCATION: Redberry Contact Center Sdn Bhd, Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday (alternate week), 10:00 am - 2 pm.

BASIC SALARY: RM3000 - RM4000

OVERRIDING COMMISSION: UP TO 5K

Responsibility

• To assist the Campaign Manager in day-to-day operations and to supervise a team of Telesales Executives
• To lead and deliver quality sales & services
• To support business\xe2\x80\x99 activities for improving quality and contribute to business growth
• To support and enable team members to achieve KPI in productivity i.e. call target, sale revenue target, productivity
• To motivate, coach, and inspire team members to achieve the sales target
• To handle and resolve inquiries escalated from team members as necessary
• To ensure all team members understand the company policy, management procedure, and the use of systems & telephone
• To monitor team member attendance
• To review goals for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly, and monthly
• To ensure the team and daily tracking report are updated and accurate
• To assign lead to team members in an effective and fair manner
• To ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specification
• To ensure team members strictly adhere to call center discipline and guidelines

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Candidate with Takaful and PCE (LIFE/ GENERAL) certification will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Financial Industry specializing in Insurance is an added advantage
• Aspired telesales looking for a career prospect is welcomed
• Critical thinking and analytical thinking.
• Able to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required skill(s): coaching skills, leadership and mentoring, People Management.
• Good interpersonal skills & Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be an energetic, positive-minded and good team player
• Ability to communicate effectively on an individual and group basis.
• Ability to work under pressure
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
