Are you ready to work with us on further innovative projects and passionate to drive the digital transformation of our customers forward We are looking for an innovative, self-driven Team Manager / Senior Full-stack Software Developer, who enjoys working with a diverse, multi-cultural team, that continuously strives to improve and adds value to all team-members, the company and our customers. Responsibilities Design client-side and server-side architecture Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design Lead the developer team and turn project expectation into reality Manage & organize the development team (80% hands on development) with operations, priorities and development goals utilizing Agile techniques such as daily/weekly scrum Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency teaming with the product managers to ideate software solutions Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design Write technical documentation Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software Requirements At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing web- and mobile-applications Must have: JavaScript, Node.js (React.js, Angular), Rest API Nice to have: HTML/ CSS, PHP, Python, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, SOAP, graphQL Have created/managed multiple full stack applications Experienced with application integrations Experience in a team-leadership role of advantage Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why you should join us Be part and actively shape Mindsets success story as a growing modern company.
