As part of the site-based TECH team, the key purpose of this role to lead the approval and execution activities in the deployment of new technology, application, infrastructure, and services to KL site. This role will act as a conduit to introduce digital/ innovation / new analytics products and ways of working to ensure business outcomes are met. As a Tech Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include some of the following: . Deliver Tech Roadmap for site and drive site/business requirements into central planning and delivery through liaison with Tech Business Partner. . Lead projects / business improvement initiatives for KL aligning with the business and Tech team. . Drive simplification and adoption of Tech systems to deliver business value. . Implement dashboard/data analytics solutions to discover opportunities or business insights through data. . Ensure inspection readiness of Tech and regular maintenance of IT Disaster Recovery Plan. . Ensure site Tech risks are identified and mitigated appropriately. . Manage all IT operational issues and accountable for end-to-end site service performance and management . Partner with shared services and manage escalation resolution at site. . Adopt AGILE methodology in delivering value to the business. Degree in Information Management/Computer Science or related discipline . Min. of 5 yrs. in IT Operations position . Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills . Broad knowledge or experience in Data Analytics and how they could be applied to drive business performance. (i.e., Predictive and Machine Learning) . Working knowledge in Power BI or other data analytics tools Preferred Qualifications: . Experience working in manufacturing environment. . Good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices. . Agile Foundation Training.
