Key Responsibilities
Deliver Digital Transformation Projects
E2E delivery & ownership of large digital transformation projects to drive increased digital acquisition, higher C-SAT and lower acquisition & service costs covering (but not limited to)
Omni-channel channel (web, app, call center, retail etc.) marketing, sales & service transformation across awareness, discover, lead mgt., purchase lifecycle (Leads, conversion, UX/UI, E-commerce engines, chat assists)
Data Driven real time offer personalization
Integration to back end systems & capabilities (API\xe2\x80\x99S, Decoupled architecture)
AI and Analytics powered service (as needed)
Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s business priorities, digital maturity, and innovation agenda
Co-create with client, define front office transformation strategy and innovation agenda
Align right teams & capabilities in marketing, sales & service to enable successful transformation
Leverage comprehensive suite of Digital marketing, sales & service solutions that Accenture
Gather client\'s current business processes, people & technology capabilities & requirements
Drive the Design, development & delivery of new business processes, capabilities & technologies
Leverage Design thinking workshops & Agile methodologies across solutioning & delivery phases
Define & measure value of new business capabilities
Drive testing and implementation of new business capabilities, with continuous improvement
Drive communications, training and job aids to support change management
Lead program management, Governance and C-level / executive updates
Manage project scope, schedule and budget
Deliver Business Transformation Projects
E2E delivery & ownership of large data driven customer centric marketing & campaign mgt. projects with a heavy leverage of next gen AI/ML & analytics capabilities, to deliver real time and personalized offers, services and experiences to customers with objectives of \xe2\x80\x93
Increasing prospects and driving acquisition
Increasing existing customer lifetime value (usage, x-sell, experience)
Improving retention (churn reduction)
Improving pricing & promotions (dynamic)
Improve channel performance (traffic analytics)
Improve customer journey (journey analytics)
Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s Acquisition and U&R baseline and priorities (people, process, tech)
Co-create with client, define the marketing & data strategy and implementation roadmap
Define segment objectives, identify data sources & build foundation, create customer 360 degree view, execute real time scoring, propensity modeling and best offer omni channel targeting (e.g. relevant digital, inbound/ outbound channels)
Design, development & delivery of new campaigns, across data lake (e.g. 1st party, 3rd party etc.), data processing (ingestion, cleansing), BI & Analytics (e.g. predictive analytics, CAR, JAR), business processes & rules (customer journey, proactive retention) & business outcomes
Align right teams & capabilities & the comprehensive suite of Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s Applied Intelligence practice (AI, Analytics, Data capabilities) to enable transformation
Identify existing/ new data monetization opportunities
Leverage Design thinking workshops & Agile methodologies across solutioning & delivery phases
Define & measure value of new campaigns with continuous improvement
Drive communications, training and job aids to support change management
Lead program management, Governance and C-level / executive updates
Manage project scope, schedule and budget
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry
Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
Grow the business/account
Drive key commercials - sales, revenue and profitability for the account
Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal constructs and solutioning to grow business
Build the Practice
Lead the growth of the practice through new business proposals and presentations, recruitment activities, coaching and mentoring to team.
Lead practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).
Professional Skills & Qualification
10+ years of Consulting, IT Services or Industry experience focusing on the telecommunications sector in one or more of the following domains \xe2\x80\x93 marketing transformation, sales transformation or service transformation covering (but not limited to) -
Digital marketing strategy, Channel strategy (assisted & unassisted), Campaign strategy & execution (SEM, SEO, Display, Social etc.)
CX Design & Implementation
Marketing operations
E-commerce & CRM (understanding of architecture & capabilities)
B2C & B2B sales and supporting processes
Digital Factory/ Operating Model
Exposure to B2B Sales force automation tools & capabilities
Sustained client relationship management experience at a C-suite level or having operated at a senior management level in an industry role
Solid financial acumen, analytical, diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
Experience of working in a consulting firm and in SE Asia will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering (any type), Business Administration, or a related field
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
