Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Strong English Proficiency
A relevant degree or certification for a support role.
Experience in a customer support or technical support role.
Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software.
Basic understanding of software, networks, or common IT tools (optional, based on industry).
Salary & Remuneration Package:
Salary Range: RM 2000 to RM 3500
