Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible to tests to assess the smartphones functionality, troubleshoot problems, and replace damaged parts and components
- Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company's quality standards
- Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
- Reassemble complete device
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations
- Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective
- Attend and complete company's technical and non-technical training
- SPM Level and above
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and components
- Able take multiple task
- Preferably can start to work immediately, full-Time position(s) available
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
