Job Description


:Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Engineer to monitor progress.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist the Site Engineer in the preparation of project documentation including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and adherence to budget.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to confirm they meet specified requirements.
  • Support the LLM project team in technical tasks and administrative duties as needed.
  • Report any issues or deviations from the project plan to the Design Manager promptly.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Engineer.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in construction site supervision, ideally in road and bridge projects.
  • Relevant experience in road and bridge construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in technical report writing and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
