• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT/Telecommunication/Network/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. On-The-Job training will be provided.
• Good communication skills; written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills
• Able to work extended hours, weekend, public holiday.
• Team-oriented and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Good computer skills.
• Sound knowledge of computer networking would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate & proficient in MS office (excel / word / ppt).

Tanggungjawab

• Assisting Executives in Coordination end-to-end HSBA installation, termination and others task in supporting HSBA order according to appointment date via effective collaboration with Group IT, Client's Product/sales, infra team (AD/AND) & fulfillment workgroups (SFC & NMO)
• To entertain enquires on any issues regarding Demand List, System related issue, HSBA orders and installation, in meeting customers' target delivery timeline (RFS)
• To handle service fault complaints, other enquiries and status communications for all Client's customers subscribing to HSBA product; both towards customers and Client's service restoration management team to meet customer expectation in the most efficient operational procedures, processes and support systems and timely manner and to ensure continuous service within MCMC specification.

• To assist Project Manager (PM) on Project Management from infra build until service handover including site survey, order monitoring & tracking to meet customer target
• To assist Infra Management Executive on Project Management during infra build process including site survey, order monitoring & tracking to meet customer target
