Job Description

Position: Installer Management & Operations Specialist (Fiber Ops Specialist), (12 months.)
Salary Range: RM3,800- RM 5,200 per month
Location: CD Tower (PJ Office)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pmResponsibilities:

• Conduct weekly / bi-weekly engagement session with vendors on way of work matters and performance
• Work with cross functional teams to resolve installer operational matters to drive better overall customer experience
• Monthly invoice verification to ensure timely payment to vendors / partners and work closely with them to close arising matters pertaining to claims
• Work with fibre back-office team to optimize day to day installation process / issues and reduce unsuccessful orders
• Consolidate all requirements to facilitate RFI / RFT for harmonized installer operations via common installer portal
• End to end management of Installers\' merchandise (i.e. Installers\' Tshirts etc.) including planning, distribution, and inventory tracking.
• Continuously improvise the work order flow, installer outlook and service mannerism framework
• Pro-actively collate, submit and test enhancements on installer platforms

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience.
• Familiarity and understanding of the key internal processes / system in overall installer fibre eco system.
• The role requires to communicating mostly with local vendors and stakeholders in Bahasa Melayu & English.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to track and drive resolution for issues / enhancements with internal teams.
• Experience in dealing with installer partners / vendors with ability to engage and drive improvements.
• Analytical skills to review data and ensure accurate submission / payment.
• Action and detailed oriented and able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft related programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Have good experience in handling operations work. Previous experience on \xe2\x80\x9cinvoice verification\xe2\x80\x9d will be an added advantage.
