:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Wealth Application Platform Owners (PO) and other teams to translate business requirements to technical solutions\xe2\x80\x8b

Co-create requirements with PO and squad for the creation of products, making sure they are complete and comprehensive.\xe2\x80\x8b

Directly involved in the detail discussion with rest of the other ecosystems during technical feasibility study and work closely with development squad and Solution Architect \xe2\x80\x8b

Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services using postman or other form of tools. \xe2\x80\x8b

Work closely with Solution Architect and developers to engineer solutions, as well as solve complex problems during development and testing phase. \xe2\x80\x8b

Be the functional and IT subject matter expert for applications in scope.\xe2\x80\x8b

Perform liaison duties and conduct discussion amongst all application Stakeholders.\xe2\x80\x8b

Supports, maintains and documents software functionality\xe2\x80\x8b

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree in software engineering/ Information Technology/ IT Business or equivalent field experience

Relevant Work Experience:

Business Analyst in areas of product development\xe2\x80\x8b

Strong domain knowledge in Wealth products and systems \xe2\x80\x8b

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in said role. \xe2\x80\x8b

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population\xe2\x80\x8b

Pleasant, passionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity\xe2\x80\x8b

Experience the Agile or waterfall methodology or other form of adaptive software development methodology.

Competencies/Skills:

Ability to challenge established ways of doing business and implement, new improved ways\xe2\x80\x8b

Able to articulate thought process and the ability to create and illustrate using technical flow diagrams. \xe2\x80\x8b

Effective gathering and management of customer and business needs, to translate into technical solutions. \xe2\x80\x8b

Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, foresight thinking and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives\xe2\x80\x8b

Must be a strong collaborator, team player and individual contributor\xe2\x80\x8b

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to build rapport and trust with all levels of an organization to create a comfortable and effective workplace.\xe2\x80\x8b

Strong planning and organization skills and able to multi-task effectively to meet tight schedules and deadlines.\xe2\x80\x8b
