Coordination of change management for a vehicle series or maintenance/documentation of progress
Description of function
Coordination of changes and their deployment dates, taking into consideration the producibility excluding avoidable production faults at DR\xc3\x84XLMAIER and customers
Creation/ processing/ communication of documentations (e.g. development documentations etc.) in systems (e.g. in PLM system etc.) within the project team; support in the deadline and cost planning for a vehicle project
Coordination and stipulation of relevant planning parameters with specialist departments/ within the team
Checking release dates; participating in the stipulation of test and acceptance scopes
Identification of proposals for the manufacturing-specific design of components and, if applicable, initiation of constructive modifications (e.g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, production procedures etc.)
Coordination of drawing contents with the specialist departments, taking into consideration a manufacturing- and installation-specific layout, if applicable initiation of modifications
Introduction, monitoring and analyses of manufacturing trials
Identification and verification of improvement potentials in production and on the product as well as implementation of the suggestions upon approval
Requirements
Specialist knowledge: Vocational/technical training usually acquired through several years of experience on the job with additional technical/vocational training in a specialized field (specialized knowledge and insight required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes; seasoned to master of skilled trade)
Type of activities: Some differing tasks with several potential solutions, including analysis of the situation/causes
Scope: Standardized procedures and processes, and general work instructions; progress is monitored at longer intervals
