Part of Level 2 & Level 3 devops teams responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementation and support & maintenance of any large-scaled & complex system fixes & improvement initiatives
Participates in the change request development of the core enterprise-wide CRM applications and/or reports.
Perform system impact assessment for given change request, perform/review system design, prepare functional and technical specification, ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment.
Provide support for applications under testing, conduct validation, investigation and resolve any technical issues reported.
Actively participate and contribute in technical feasibility study, user requirement evaluation and solution proposal
Perform coding, unit testing, SIT and provide UAT support, set up and maintain test environments, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues reported, plan and execute production system implementation.
Provide all technical documentation according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures.
To be up to date on the current development methodologies, technologies and standards
Regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress standards
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certifications.
2+ years of large enterprise software application/software development
Experience in database primarily in SQL query and store procedures development
Overall experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out and application support & maintenance.
Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success.
Willingness to learn new skills or cross competencies.
Possess a positive working attitude, with resilience and good adaptability to take on different challenging assignments.
Effective, with good self-initiative to learn and excel individually and as a team.
Effective communication skills with good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

Added advantage with experiences in system architecture design.
Added advantage with experiences in any enterprise CRM and/or BPM application development, production configuration and release, and support maintenance.
Added advantage with experiences in any enterprise CRM and/or BPM application, framework, and tool design and support, including supporting applications in the Financial Services Industry
