Due to an exciting phase of growth, TechnologyOne is looking for multiple Technical Consultants to join our Kuala Lumpur office and support our Timetabling & scheduling product. This exciting new role will be looking for someone to start in our office in mid July 2023.

This opportunity represents an exciting opportunity within our accomplished Consulting team focusing on all things technical. As a Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our implementations across multiple products. You will also be required to work in our high-performing Application Managed Services (AMS) team contributing to the successful delivery of our customer programs.

What you\'ll be doing...

You\'ll be working with our best-in-class software solutions, TechnologyOne software that empowers its users. Our products are used by tens of thousands of people every day.

• Providing hands on technical implementation, including:

• Design verification
• Reconfiguration
• Testing
• Support through cutover and go live
• Provide technical training to our customers (remotely or onsite as required) so they can achieve the best value from our software
• Provide ongoing technical support for customers in "business as usual" mode through ongoing programs support
• Ensure delivery excellence and profitability within our projects by:

• rapid escalation of issues
• applying a consistent approach
• zero re-work
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business

Your talents...

• Experience working in a technical consultancy capacity, ideally with TechnologyOne Products.
• Strong SQL Skills
• Windows operating system and system administration knowledge
• Experience with backing up and restoring databases
• Experience installing and upgrading software in on premise environments
• Experience with on premise server migrations
• Experience with any of the following Technical Consulting skillsets:

• Analysis and Design
• Enterprise Architecture
• Crystal reports
• ETL
• Integration design & development
• Web services
• Stored Scripts
• Dashboards
• SSO
• HTML - website branding
• Azure
• AWS Platform
• Java script
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products
• Customer centric, you\xe2\x80\x99re a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.
• A solid communicator and a team player
• TechnologyOne product experience is preferred but not essential for applications to proceed.
