Position Description - Technical Consultant I Role/responsibilities: Analyze Tech requirements and Use Cases to transform these into Business design, Functional specifications, workflow design and configurations Serve as the single point of contact between the customer and the Dev/QA team Work with Project Manager & Business lead to plan and deliver projects from requirements till Go-Live Be responsible to successfully deliver projects with accountability and ownership Exhibit a level of Leadership qualities by being proactive and taking ownership of the deliverables and team / client engagements Follow project milestones and ensure delivery of deliverables on time Getting the broader picture of the project and contributing accordingly. This includes understanding the technical & architectural aspects of project implementations. Lead client workshops (face to face or over the phone) for consulting, drive solutioning and issue resolution with client Follow up and escalate gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project and drive them to closure Display high level of knowledge and consistent service in all interactions with client Work independently or in a team to configure business workflows to create software solutions using C&R products. A Tech consultant interacts with clients (both business and technical personnel) on a constant basis. Hence, it is necessary that a Tech Consultant have extremely good communication skills, should be able to listen carefully to clients and facilitate information gathering sessions.
