Job Description

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for design submission, fabrication, and installation. Develop Bills of Material (BOM) based on drawings and specifications. Revise and update drawings according to feedback or site conditions. Maintain, store, and control all drawing documentation systematically. Create preliminary design sketches and material quantity estimates for quotation and tender purposes. Verify site measurements and adjust drawings as required. Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and clients on design and material submissions. Prepare and maintain complete documentation packages for design proposals and project deliverables. Support progress claim preparation by providing relevant design and documentation references. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other CAD software (e.g., QuikSeries) is an advantage. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and drawing precision. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Good communication and coordination skills with Project Managers and Engineers. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
