Job Responsibilities

Develop shop drawings, sketches, and sample boards under the guidance of Senior Team Members/Project Lead. Perform and document field surveys and site verification of existing conditions. Prepare final drawings based on engineering sketches, specifications, and supporting documents. Independently create construction documents and manage project delivery. Draft and finalize construction plans for interior design renovation projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Produce floor plans, ceiling plans, interior/exterior elevations, tile and cabinetry drawings, and 3D renderings. Conduct regular quality checks to minimize errors in construction or fabrication. Maintain proper records of all technical drawings, revisions, and approvals. Revise plans as needed, ensuring all affected sheets and details are updated. Follow drafting standards and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met. Support process improvements and initiatives aimed at achieving project objectives. Collaborate across technical and design teams when required. Communicate professionally with vendors, estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Implement quality assurance processes across technical deliverables while maintaining technical excellence. Comply with department SOPs and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO37001/ISO45001).

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture

from a recognized institution, or membership in a local professional body. At least

3 years of relevant working experience

in drafting, architecture, or interior design. Preferably experienced in

commercial/corporate spaces

. Strong knowledge of techniques, products, and materials used in commercial environments, including high-end projects. Familiar with furniture types, materials, manufacturers, and vendors. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)

. Excellent design knowledge, including construction methodology, material application, and industry trends. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and professional. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Capable of leading site visits, design briefings, and handling assigned projects independently. Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
