Job Description
Responsibilities
- Interprete and understand design concepts, mechanical engineering specifications and customer requirements.
- Produce drawings, assembly layouts, bills of materials (BOM) and other drawing documentations, according to design inputs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize design and manufacturability.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback from the manufacturing team and quality control inspections.
- Provide technical support and clarification to the manufacturing team during production.
- Diploma from a technical college.
- Proven work experience as a drafter or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
