Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform technical resourcess planning for company project implementation, tachnical support case handling and support staff technical & development.
- Ensure the effective communication and relationship between CTC customers, CTC support team members and CTC appoint vendors are maintained
- Work with principle, vendor, customer, account manager and engineer on high severrity escalation case.
- Provide the maintenance support to the customers (ie: Microsoft, Citrix & Workspace One) in accordance to service level agreement on contarct signed.
- Provide technical guidance to customer IT managers, Technical Lead, Engineers and Project Managers.
- Assist in project implementation on time delivery for Microsoft, Citrix & Workspace One related solution.
- The Citrix solution are XenApp and Xendesktop. Requirements
- Candidate must possess at lease a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 2-3 years working experinnce in ICT indutstry.
- Knowledge in Microsoft and preferable Citrix solution.
- Technical skill requirement in any of the following areas:
- Ms Windows OS, DNS, DHCP, HYper-V, SQL, SCCM, SCOM stc.
- Experience in deployment of x86 Servers, Blade Server, Storages & HCI will be an added advantages.
- Exchange server experience including both in premises and irtualization companents (HyperV & VMware)
- Mature and positive attitude, strong sense of quality and responsibility, ableto work well in a fast paced, multi-cultured dynamic environmenet. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
