The Technical Account Manager is responsible for providing technical services, system operations, and maintenance support across cloud platforms. This role ensures the stability, efficiency, and security of cloud environments while supporting client projects and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical services and support to clients, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Perform operations and maintenance tasks for cloud environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
Administer operating systems and databases, ensuring high availability and data security.
Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery and system handover.
Conduct solution reviews, diagnose complex issues, and apply cloud best practices.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operational guidelines.
Stay updated with cloud technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry or in network/system operations (OS and DB administration).
Knowledge of cloud platforms with proficiency in at least one.
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge technical and business requirements.
Professional certifications in cloud platforms are an advantage.
Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with clients.
