Responsibilities:

Ensures customer satisfaction by promptly answering customer requests for assistance.
Identifies bugs and makes recommendations and/or enhancements based on user feedback.
Assists clients in installing and effectively using the product for their application.
Escalates customer complaints related to fit, form, or functionality
Provide service support, repair, preventive maintenance and testing

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer \xe2\x80\x93 Hardware or equivalent.
