Assists clients in installing and effectively using the product for their application.
Escalates customer complaints related to fit, form, or functionality
Provide service support, repair, preventive maintenance and testing
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer \xe2\x80\x93 Hardware or equivalent.
