Responsibilities

To be responsible for monitoring and follow-up claim processing in after sales warranty, Replacement Equipment Manufacturer (REM).
To educate and advise outlets on warranty claim processing procedure.
To prepare monthly report on OEM analysis, technical analysis and other reports on warranty matters.
To handle chargeback or dispute claim from manufacturer.
To conduct warranty audit to outlets and refresher session.

Requirements

Master/Bachelor Degree holder in Automotive, Engineering or any related field.
Have an experiences / exposures in warranty would be a great advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes.
Computer literate (Ms Words, Excel, PowerPoint & etc).
