Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on

Technical Implementation Lead

to drive the delivery of enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on

e-invoicing implementations

. This role is ideal for a

technical professional (ex-software developer / technical consultant)

who has grown into a leadership role and is ready to step up as a

technical team lead

, managing implementations and guiding Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities



Implementation & Delivery Leadership



Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, from requirement gathering to go-live and handover. Own

e-invoicing implementations

, including configuration, validation, integration, and regulatory compliance. Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical and functional deliverables. Oversee system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.

Technical & Team Leadership



Lead and guide a team of

Business Analysts

, ensuring requirements are technically sound and implementation-ready. Act as the technical bridge between clients, BAs, developers, and product teams. Review solution designs, integration approaches, and implementation plans.

Client & Stakeholder Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for technical implementation matters. Conduct requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing reviews, and go-live readiness sessions. Communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality, Risk & Testing



Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities. Ensure defects, changes, and risks are properly tracked and resolved. Validate that solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements before production release.

Continuous Improvement



Document implementation best practices and lessons learned. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Contribute to refining delivery frameworks for large-scale enterprise implementations.

Requirements & Experience



Must-Have



Strong hands-on experience with e-invoicing implementations

(mandatory). 5-8 years of experience in

software implementation, technical consulting, or solution delivery

roles. Background as a

software developer or technical engineer

(any programming language is acceptable). Experience working with

financial systems, ERP, enterprise platforms, or fintech solutions

. Solid understanding of system integration (API, ETL/ETTL), data flows, and deployment lifecycles. Experience leading or mentoring team members (e.g., BAs, junior engineers).

Technical & Methodology



Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies. Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar.

Added Advantage



Experience with collections, recovery, or financial compliance platforms. PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
