Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and project management. Technical/Functional skills 1. Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery. 2. Extensive technical expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools. 3. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles. Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) 1. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing technical professionals. 2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
