Position : Manager, Technical
Salary: RM 8000 - RM 10000

Responsibilities:

To provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, system reliability, security and cost-effectiveness using industry best practices.
Lead the manufacturing process improvement projects, process validation, be technical reference point in the factory for technical trouble shooting and process optimization.
In charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the businesss current and future needs.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
Initiate and direct external testing and scientific collaborations.
Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelors degree in chemistry science, polymer science, or chemical engineering or related field; knowledge of Silicone Chemistry is a plus
Minimum 8 years of related working experience, including 3 years of technical supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge in latex dipping process.
Strong technical leadership and project management skills proven by successful completion of multiple R&D programs.
