Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYLeads O&M team in executing the O&M works according to the specified maintenance standards and requirement so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Reports to the Technical Executive
• To compile the data and information for calling tenders and quotation for engineering works
• To prepare specification of airport maintenance work
• To implement SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data and Inventory Management at airport
• To monitor relevant payment to the contractors including Statement of Final Account
• Evaluation of tenders and quotation bids
• Preparing Progress Claim and all certificate required such as Certificate of Extension of Time, Certificate of Practical Completion, etc
• Filing system in daily basis
• Supervision on the maintenance work done by the contractors at airport level
• Monitoring and compiling of all maintenance contracts at airport
• Undertake other duties as instructed by Technical Executive

Skills

• Hands-on skills in maintenance and operational of airport facilities
• Working knowledge of contract management i.e. construction, legal and value engineering
• Working knowlege in managing multiple vendors and contractors
• Working knowledge in SAP system
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess good communication and interpersonal
• Customer service oriented with pleasant personality would be an added advantage
• Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Must be computer literate

Relevant IndustriesExternal

• Diploma holder with minimum 2.5 CGPA with minimum 1 year relevant experience in supervisory role.

Education

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
