This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.Responsibilities:Define feature requirements for new products and IP required to achieve business objectivesPrioritize product and IP features and investment with input from stakeholders & based on market needsDrive implementation of features with cross-functional development teams including MRD/PRD reviews.Define and drive new product go-to-market activities including messaging, promotion plan and competitive analysisPartner with and enable sales to achieve product business results and customer successGather, analyze and incorporate customer feedback into product planning roadmapTrack opportunity funnel and analyze progress to targetsRequired Skills8+ years of technical experience in engineering, applications or technical marketing/product planningStrong technical knowledge of FPGA products and applicationsStrong technical knowledge of technology interfaces such as Ethernet or External Memory InterfacesExperience developing or consuming marketing requirement documents or product requirements documentsB.S. EE, Comp E or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset in all aspects of the jobStrong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundariesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and deliver results against business objectives
