Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve annual sales targets and drive consistent business growth in Malaysia
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify and develop new customers, market segments, and business opportunities
Manage and grow key strategic accounts
Support distributors to expand market share and customer coverage
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and networking activities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment collection
Technical Support
Provide technical support during customer visits, roadshows, and training sessions
Promote design-in applications for fasteners and components
Assist customers with application and product selection inquiries
Support basic setup and training for installation or press equipment
Recommend suitable fastening or component solutions based on customer requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field preferred)
Minimum
5 years of technical sales experience
, preferably in
fasteners, components, electronics, EMS, or industrial products
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills in
English and local languages
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia
Valid driving license and own transportation
