This role offers an exciting opportunity to travel and work in some of the most beautiful and innovative locations around the world.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering to operate, maintain, and remotely manage Zero-X machines in Paris and Zittau, Germany. The role involves up to 6 months of deployment per year to France and Germany, with initial training conducted at our stunning campus in Bali. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically proficient, and eager to work in an international setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOperation & Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain Zero-X machines in Paris and Zittau, Germany.
• Ensure all machines are functioning optimally and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

Remote Management:

• Utilize remote management tools to monitor and control Zero-X machines from afar.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site teams as needed.

Training & Development:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs at our beautiful campus in Bali.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Zero-X technology and best practices.

International Collaboration:

• Travel to France and Germany for up to 6 months per year for on-site operations and maintenance.
• Work closely with international teams to ensure seamless machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and control machines remotely.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site for extended periods.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and work effectively in a global team.
