Actively contact & meet potential industrial clients. Understand clients' challenges and present STE(M)SB's services to help solve their problems. Convert commercial discussions into sales and build relationships with clients around trust, integrity and professionalism.
Weekly & monthly sales pipeline reporting to Sales Manager.
Ensure monthly sales targets are continuously achieved.
Establish and maintain good rapport with industrial client through active follow-up and regular sales visits.
Contribute ideas & strategize sales activities to improve conversion rate that will eventually lead to sales growth
Liaise with client for Purchase Orders & Payments for prompt settlement after service completion.
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably candidates from Johor & able to travel domestically - must have valid driving license and own vehicle.
Have minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated relevant Technical Sales/ Engineering Service Sales experience.
Highly confident in communication and presentation skills.
Able to bounce fast from rejection and focus on next available opportunity to win.
Excellent In English & B. Malaysia (written & spoken)
Possess good understanding or fast learner in mechanical related knowledge.
Have a go-getter attitude in sales prospecting, excellent sales closer & result oriented.
Preferably equipped with basic knowledge & understanding on working principles of Rotating Equipment, Mechanical Seal & Gasketed Plated heat exchangers
