PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead, develop and monitor design and engineering activities and manpower planning throughout all phases of engineering in timely and efficient manner
Review and manage engineering and design activities
Responsible for the approval of detailed project design solutions
Provide management and technical advice and/or solutions during procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, operations and maintenance
Establish and maintain close working relationships with all key stakeholders including Project Manager and Construction Manager assigned to the project
Develop strategies to facilitate continuous development of engineering project management team capability in order to meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with broad exposure in shipping, maritime, offshore, engineering/construction or heavy engineering industry
Broad knowledge of concepts, principles and practices in energy transition, decarbonization shipping, maritime, offshore or heavy engineering value chain
Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering discipline
Professional or Chartered Engineer with recognized professional body is preferred
