Technical Supervisor - Copier Machine
We are seeking a hands-on
Technical Supervisor
to lead our copier service team in Petaling Jaya. You will oversee daily service tasks, guide technicians, and performsite visits across Klang Valley
to troubleshoot and ensure top-notch customer service.What you'll do:
Supervise and support a team of copier technicians. Assign, monitor, and follow up on service calls and maintenance tasks. Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and escalated issues. Train and mentor technicians, ensuring high service standards. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints professionally.
What we're looking for:
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of copier servicing experience; 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong technical skills across multiple copier brands (Ricoh, Fuji Xerox, Canon). Valid driving license for site visits. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
