Job Description


(JD)

Provide application support to meet the service level agreement thus requiring to track problems and ensure speedy resolution to minimize disruption to business operation.

Liaise with Level 2 and vendor on CR/ Bug Fix. Able to analyze problem and provide long term solution with short term mitigation plan.

Follow-up on findings and issues to ensure actions are taken, verified and implemented.

Conduct code review, test case review to maintain the code and service quality.

Recommend improvements, security needs, best practices.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

Strong programming skill or experience in JAVA or REACT JS

Have a strong foundation in version control and be able to work with GIT workflow.

Devops process knowledge (Jenkins)

Linux sysadmin skill and UNIX shell scripting.

Well versed in the understanding of web & mobile technologies.

Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, design patterns, and asynchronous architectures.
