Expertise in managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and familiarity with the integration of client-related services.
Azure AD: Proficient in Azure Active Directory, including User Provisioning, Group Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Familiar with OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect, which are common security protocols used in client-Platform.
O 365
Understanding 365 core services: Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint
Ability to troubleshoot 365 environments, Sharepoint, SCCM and Intune
Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Cloud products
Understanding of 365 Attribute Management, including User Objects, 365 Groups, Exchange Shared Mailboxes and License Management
Understanding of Active Directory, Exchange server deployments and 365 functionality.
Troubleshooting experience with Mail Flow
