Ara Damansara (Walking distance from LRT)
Salary:
RM 2,300 - RM 3,800

Rotation Shift (24x7), off day on weekdays

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to
Starhub onboarding customers
via phone, email, and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding-related technical issues
Guide customers through account activation and service setup in a clear and professional manner
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary
Accurately document and track all customer interactions and technical issues
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM / Diploma
in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills in
English
(spoken & written)
Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
Customer-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure
Experience in technical support or onboarding processes is an advantage
Willing to work
24x7 rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
