Provide technical support to internal users or client
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software system
Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures
Assist with system upgrades, patching, and routine IT maintenance
Follow company SOPs, security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide basic user training and guidance on IT systems
Support IT asset management and inventory tracking

Education & Background
Mininum Vocational / TVET qualification in:
Information Technology
Computer Systems
Network Technology
Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM)
Polytechnic / Community College Diploma
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of:
Computer hardware and peripherals
Windows OS (installation & troubleshooting)
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Networking fundamentals (IP address, router, switch, Wi-Fi)
Ability to follow troubleshooting steps and technical documentation
Soft Skills & Attributes
Good communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
