to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and IT-related equipment to ensure smooth operations for both customers and internal staff.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and technical checks
Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal team members
Set up and support networks, printers, POS systems, and other IT devices
Maintain accurate records of repairs, service reports, and technical documentation
Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies used by the company
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as an IT or Computer Technician (hardware & software)
Strong knowledge of computer components, operating systems, and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Fast learner with willingness to learn the company's POS and system tools
Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
