Troubleshoot on EUC/Server/Network related issues
Provide support for O365
Familiar with desktop reimaging
Troubleshoot hardware/software related issues
Application troubleshooting
Event monitoring
Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request
Record and manage all issues in Service Management System
L1 troubleshooting and request fulfilment.
Password reset and unlock.
Perform support for employee onboarding and offboarding for IT equipment
Provide timely status update on issues escalated and to close tickets within service level agreement.
Ensure daily tasks are executed according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
Provide update of status / progress of incident / service request to Service Desk
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in onsite support for desktops/notebook/mobile device.
Have basic knowledge in troubleshooting server and network issues.
Familiar with Active Directory
Familiar with O365, excel, powerpoint, and windows troubleshooting and resolution.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
