Job Description

Technical Support staff are often responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints about technical issues Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues Tracking system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Work Location: Ara Damansara, Malaysia.

Pay per month RM 3500

Renewable 2 Years Contract
